Evaluate your satisfaction: Rate your level of satisfaction with each of these five values on a scale from 1 to 10.

Select the lowest value: Choose the value with the lowest score and focus on it.

Plan actions: Design three actions that will help you improve your score in that value within the month.

Track your progress: Review your progress weekly to ensure you are committed to your plan.

This practice will allow you to become aware of how aligned you are with your values in your daily life. Fostering a deeper relationship with yourself and with others within your work environment is key to achieving congruence and maintaining balance in your life. The connection with our internal sources of energy and motivation requires dedication and is reflected in our thoughts and emotions.
