Who holds the truth?

How many times do we ask ourselves that in silence?
Who is right? Who sees things as they really are?

Your truth and mine may not be the same, but both have value. And that is something we often forget.

We believe there is only one right way to see the world.
One way to feel, to think, to react. But if we learn to listen with an open heart, we discover something powerful. Each person builds their truth from their story. From what they lived, what they suffered, what they learned.

And that’s where the magic lies.

No one lives exactly the same.
No one feels the same.
No one loves the same.

Each truth is a unique piece of this great human puzzle.

It’s not a competition of reasons

Living in society should not be a battle to impose our truths. It’s an opportunity to grow through difference.

So who is right?
Maybe everyone. Maybe no one.

But why should there be only one correct path?
What if, instead of fighting to be right, we opened our hearts to understand other ways of seeing life?

Respect is growth

Respect doesn’t mean agreeing with everything.
It means listening without judging. It means recognizing that what the other person thinks and feels also has a place in this world.

And sometimes, in an open conversation, with respect and curiosity, we find a perspective that transforms us.

Diversity as richness

We live in a world filled with millions of thoughts, opinions, and beliefs. And far from being a problem, this can be a treasure.

When we learn to see differences as paths for growth,
we discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.

What’s different isn’t always a threat. Sometimes, what’s different is exactly what we needed to evolve.

No one grows alone

We don’t grow in isolation. To evolve, we need people who challenge us, who nourish us, who listen with respect.

Just like a tree blooms in fertile soil,
our ideas bloom in a healthy environment.

Opening your mind is not losing yourself

Sometimes we fear listening to different ideas because we think we’ll lose who we are.

But opening your mind doesn’t mean getting lost.
It means becoming richer. It means adding new perspectives. It means having more tools to choose consciously. And yes, opening up doesn’t mean accepting what harms or excludes.

There are ideas that don’t serve us and need to be questioned. But many others can be a door to a better version of you.

Unlearning is also growth

Growth is not only about learning. It’s also about unlearning. Letting go of truths that no longer serve us. Questioning what we always assumed as true.

A mind that expands never stops observing, questioning, nourishing itself.

A small exercise for today

Think of one idea or belief you defend strongly.
And now ask yourself:

• Does that truth still represent me?
• Does it help me grow?
• Does it connect me with others or separate me from them?

It’s not about changing just for the sake of it.
It’s about creating space to observe.
And, if needed, choosing again.

Because a growing mind… is a mind that opens.

Let’s keep growing together.
