Do you know how our achievements in life happen? Through energy.
That energy that moves you from within and starts to transform everything around you. It happens when you say YES to yourself.
But not just any "yes"... I’m not talking about a simple "yeah, I’d like that" or "hopefully it happens." No. True energy—the kind that moves mountains and opens paths—appears when every cell in your body, every atom, every tiny thought in your mind breathes with that desire. It’s as if you are that desire. When there is no room for doubt.
Not because you're convincing yourself, but because that's simply how you live, how you walk. Without forced effort, without internal struggle. You feel it as naturally as the air you breathe: "This will come. This will be. This is already on its way."
Everything depends on how you feel it. How you walk toward what you desire. How you live it—even before it arrives.
That’s where your energy begins to move. That’s where your true connection with the universe begins.
And yes, the only thing that is truly needed is time.
Time for your energy to align with the universe, to resonate with what you desire. Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes less—it depends on your patience, your effort, and your presence.
That energy is fueled by a clear intention and an elevated emotion.
By your self-love. By your self-care. By your self-trust. By your empathy. By your humility. By your vibration.
There will be strong days and weak days, and you will feel the difference. When the connection feels low, don’t see it as a fall: use it. Pause. Listen to yourself. Ask what’s going on inside you.
Why are you reacting that way? What emotion are you holding onto?
And in the meantime: visualize.
Visualizing is not just imagining. It’s learning to be fully present in the moment. It’s disconnecting from the noise, from the "I have to," from the "not yet," and giving your essence the power to create the energy that moves everything.
When you visualize from the soul, everything starts to align.

HOW TO LEARN TO BE PRESENT?
It’s not easy. Especially for adults. Only children—with their open minds, free from the weight of life—can do it naturally. They don’t think about being present, they just are. They open their eyes, their mouths, their little hands... Their energy embraces the world completely. Every new thing amazes them. Every moment is a universe.
But adults need to remember—or even learn all over again. Practice once, and again, and again... until the moment feels alive again.
Here’s a small example, something you can do right now to feel what it’s like to be truly present:
Each of us holds a memory that brings us a genuine smile. A bright, emotional, energy-filled smile. Just... pause for a moment. On the street, at home, at work, in a café... Breathe. Close your eyes if you need to. And remember it.
That moment when you felt completely happy, with no outside noise, as if nothing else existed, just that moment... when time stood still, when the clock stopped ticking.
Let it wrap your whole body. Don’t think it. Feel it. Live it.
Imagine yourself surrounded by light in this moment. That smile that comes naturally, effortlessly... that warm, soft, vibrant sensation...
THAT IS BEING PRESENT.
And when the low moments come—because they will—don’t sink into sadness or lack of faith. Give them space, but not to suffer. Give them space to learn, to rest your mind, your body. To observe yourself. To say thank you.

EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A GOOD REASON.
There are moments when life is telling you it’s time for a change. Time to step out of what you know, what you’ve normalized, what feels comfortable... but no longer nourishes you.
Sometimes what we call the "comfort zone" is simply a space we know so well that we stop questioning whether it still serves us.
Leaving that space is not easy, I know. But it is necessary. Because only outside of comfort is where you grow, where you rediscover yourself, where you find out what you are truly made of... and what you truly came here to do.
The universe doesn’t repeat things just because.
When it gives you something a second time, it’s because it wants you to learn, to realize. If you let go the first time, embrace the second.
Listen to yourself. Don’t hide in the everyday, in the "there’s no time," in the "I can’t right now." Pause. For a moment. Truly listen to yourself:
What do you feel? How does your soul vibrate? Your body? Your mind? What is the world around you saying?
And when everything vibrates with you... cherish it. Protect it. Embrace it.
Because that’s where real magic begins.

P.S.
I know there are days, hours, moments... when nothing seems to work. And then the usual thoughts come in:
"I can’t do this anymore." "Why are there so many problems?" "This isn’t for me." "It’s someone else’s fault." "They don’t understand me." "They don’t listen to me." "It’s all wrong: the law, politics, family, friends..." "It’s because he or she said something I just can’t accept."
And we fill ourselves with explanations, convince ourselves we have to let go, that it’s not worth it. But do you know what the real root of all of it is?
It’s you.
You, who can change it. You, who can shift it. You, who can make it happen.
Ask yourself honestly: Were you truly present to make it happen? Or did you get distracted? Did you postpone it? Did you tell yourself you were tired? Or—and this is the most destructive—did you lose faith in yourself?
Did you forget your worth? Did you forget to contribute, to listen, to empathize? Did you forget that you can also understand?
We are all human, yes. But we are also intelligent human beings with a powerful tool: the brain, capable of going beyond rational logic, beyond the Source, beyond the tangible, beyond any explanation.
Sometimes, you don’t need to know more to understand you need to feel more. Feel more with a deep gaze, turning away from critical and perfectionistic eyes.
Feeling doesn’t need the brain, but observation and surrender—to everything, just as it is.
Reconnect with yourself. Acknowledge what didn’t work. Act again. Do it with awareness. Do it with certainty.
You can fix it. And this time... you will.
