Throughout this process, we have talked about how thoughts generate energy and emotions generate magnetism. But there is an even more important question that often goes unnoticed:
from which level are you living all of this?
Because not all thoughts have the same impact.
Not all emotions create the same result.
And above all, not all internal states create the same reality.
The scale of consciousness
The psychiatrist David R. Hawkins developed what is known as the scale of consciousness, a model that attempts to measure the different energetic levels at which a person can operate.
According to this approach, each emotion and each mental state has a specific frequency that directly influences how we perceive life and how we act within it.
This is not something abstract or purely spiritual. It has a direct connection with how the brain works, the nervous system, and the internal chemistry of the body.
How levels of consciousness influence your daily life
If you observe your own experience, you will notice that there are days when everything feels easier. You make decisions with clarity, connect better with others, and have more energy. And other days when, for no apparent reason, everything feels heavier.
The difference is usually not outside.
It is in the state from which you are living.
When a person operates in states such as guilt, constant fear, apathy, or frustration, their energy level is low. This is not just a way of speaking. On a physiological level, these states are associated with higher stress activation, increased cortisol release, and a reduced ability to focus and make decisions.
At these levels, the mind tends to interpret reality in a more negative way, anticipate problems, and react automatically.
That is why, many times, it is not that things are “going wrong,” but rather that the internal state from which they are experienced is limiting the ability to respond.
What happens when you elevate your internal state
The contrast appears when a person begins to move toward states such as acceptance, responsibility, confidence or calm. At these levels, energy becomes more stable and the nervous system operates in a more regulated way.
This has direct consequences.
The mind becomes clearer.
Decisions become more coherent.
Relationships flow better.
And as a result, outcomes begin to change. Not because life becomes perfect, but because the way you interpret and manage it is different.
States such as enthusiasm, gratitude, or empathy are not only pleasant from an emotional perspective. They are also associated with a higher release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin, which support motivation, well-being and internal stability.

The relationship between thought, emotion and frequency
One of the most important aspects of this approach is understanding that thought and emotion do not operate separately.
Thought generates an electrical signal in the brain.
Emotion generates a chemical and magnetic response in the body.
When both combine, they create a field that influences how you perceive and respond to your environment. That is why it is not enough to simply try to “think better” if your emotional state does not support it.
And it is also not enough to try to feel better if your thoughts continue reinforcing negative patterns. The coherence between both is what determines your level of consciousness.
You can train your state, it is not fixed
One of the most common mistakes is believing that these states are permanent or depend only on external circumstances.
That is not the case.
Your internal state can be trained. And it is trained through things that are simpler than they seem:
The quality of your thoughts.
The emotions you reinforce.
The type of stimuli you consume (music, content, conversations).
Even elements such as sound frequencies can influence your mental state. There are patterns such as alpha, beta, or theta waves that are linked to different levels of brain activity and can support states of greater calm or focus.
In the same way, a song or a negative environment can reinforce low-energy states if they are maintained over time.
Awareness: the point where everything starts to change
The goal is not to stay in high states all the time. That is neither realistic nor necessary. Change begins with something much simpler: awareness.
Becoming aware of how you are thinking.
Becoming aware of how you are feeling.
And becoming aware of how that is influencing the way you act.
Because the moment you see it, a possibility appears that was not there before: choice.
You can continue reacting in the same way.
Or you can begin to adjust your state, little by little.
Final reflection
Your level of consciousness is not something you “have.”
It is something from which you are living every day. And that level is built from what you think, what you feel, and what you consistently choose to reinforce.
The question is not whether you can change your reality.
The question is whether you are willing to start observing from which level you are creating it.
